All the details about our extended warranty and returns and how it works
Yes! For the festive season, we will be offering an extended warranty for all orders placed between the 25th of November and the 25th of December 2022.
For all orders placed within those dates, the standard 24-month warranty and the 28-day Change of Mind period will begin from Christmas Day.
Any items returned due to a change of mind must reach us by the 22nd of January, 2023.
Please note the standard warranty and return terms and conditions apply and you still have to check the item upon delivery. If you wish to return the item please contact our customer service team by email to start the returns process.
