How the returns process works, and how to initiate it.
We offer free returns if the return is covered by your warranty.

We are committed to offering our customers products that live up to the standards as advertised, however, we do understand that you may occasionally need to return goods to us. We have set out the rules that apply to returns so please read them carefully.
All the devices listed on our website are fully tested and function like new. For peace of mind, we include a free warranty on all items sold. Our extensive warranty allows you to get a repair or replacement during your warranty period should any issue arise.

CHANGE OF MIND
If a customer is not satisfied with an item purchased on our site, we are happy to offer a refund of the product returned within a 28-day cooling-off period. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item to us. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as it was received.
If the warranty is voided we won’t be able to process the refund and a return postage fee will be applied. Alternatively, we can provide a diagnosis and cost for the repairs.
We will process your return within 1 to 5 working days of receiving your item, after which we will issue you a refund. Refunds will only be paid on the same card or account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods. All returns need to be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept a change of mind as a reason for returning outside of the initial 28 days return period.
If you should find that your device is faulty on arrival or should any issues arise within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model. Customers should inspect the goods upon receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit. Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing or if there is a fault with the device or product. Damaged or missing items which are reported outside of this period are not valid within the returns window.
All warranty returns need to be accompanied by a valid receipt. If the device is returned under your warranty we will provide free returns. If the warranty is voided there will be a charge for the repairs or return postage.

When returning an item to us please make sure all instructions are followed as failure to do so can result in delays with processing your return.

- It is extremely important that the item is packaged securely in a padded envelope or box as damage done to the item in transit will not be covered by us. All items being returned to us need to have a valid tracking number.
- Please refrain from returning the device with a case, sim card or charger, unless requested to do so. We do not accept responsibility for these items if returned with a device.
- All returned devices must be restored to factory settings and Find My iPhone disabled. If you are unable to restore the device you must contact us prior to returning the item so that our team can assist.
- All returns need to be accompanied by a valid receipt, order number or proof of purchase. Please also include your name and surname, contact number and return address with the parcel.
