How do I ship my device?

Once you’ve locked in your offer you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your sale. The next step is to create your free post label and ship the device to us.

In order to make sure your device reaches us in one piece, we ask that you follow the below instructions carefully.  

Generate Your Free Post Label 

Shipping your device to us is free! Simply generate your free post label with An Post Returns. You have the option between drop-off or collection

When selecting the drop-off option please create, download and print your An Post label, and drop the device off at your local collection point. You can find your collection point here. If you do not have a printer that isn’t a problem at all! You can simply show the confirmation email sent to you by An Post at the counter and they’ll scan the barcode and print off the label for you.

When choosing the collection option, An Post will come to your provided address on the selected day to collect the package and you do not need to print a label. The collection agent will provide the label upon collection.


In-Store Drop-Off 

If you select an in-store drop-off you don’t need a label and you can just stop by our shop at Unit 10 Crawford Business Park, Bishop Street, Cork, T12VP71.

Please ensure that you have carried out the relevant steps prior to dropping off your device.

Package The Device 

Take care when packaging your device to be shipped. The best option is to send your old device back in sturdy packaging like a quality padded envelope or a box with plenty of cushioning material such as bubble wrap or newspaper. Please also include your buyback offer number, name, contact number and return address with the parcel. 

Once the device is packaged please secure the label to the box or envelope and get it sent down to us. It normally takes between 1-3 working days for the package to reach us, depending on courier performance. The package will however have a tracking number and you can keep an eye on this for peace of mind. 


What happens next?

Upon receipt, our specialist team will let you know and will proceed with processing the sale. Once your device has been tested and inspected by our team they will either accept the sale or make a revised offer. We will transfer the agreed amount via your chosen payment method.
