Our packages are not sealed and there are no films on the device so you can carefully open the box to inspect the goods upon delivery.
Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing or if the device arrives faulty or damaged.
Damaged or missing items which are reported outside of this period are not valid within the returns window.
